GREAT BANG FOR YOUR BUCK! I ordered the #1 combo banh mi, the meat was good and the vegetable ratio was perfect. I enjoyed the hints of gentle spice in every bite. My dessert was the VIETNAMESE Coffee which was money! So good!

I'm a huge fan of Banh Mi's. Just happened to come across this mom and pop shop. Not too expensive and still tasty. Their Vietnamese coffee is also great.

Absolutely adore this mom & pop shop. For reference, my plans to visit Vietnam got delayed and this place definitely filled in the void. Food: chicken banh mi, extra meat, spicy: 5/5. Excellent meat to bread ratio with the perfect amount of sauce and other vegetables. Blueberry smoothie: 5/5. It's a great blueberry smoothie. I used to make a lot of homemade blueberry smoothies and I can tell that they use the right blueberries and the perfect amount of milk. Avocado smoothie: 5/5. I used to make a lot of avocado smoothies too and their avocado smoothies are good as well. Service: 5/5. The lady is so sweet. I'm definitely looking forward to visiting this place every time I'm in the area.

Great combo banh mi. The pate taste as you take the first bite is *chef's kiss*. Service was fast, and there is street parking.

Really great sandwiches made by a sweet lady. If you request extra pate, she really gives you extra for the price of 50 cents. Very generous and well worth the extra 2 quarters. Drinks are good as well. Best tip is to call ahead of time to order. There's seats available if you want to consume it there. There's a TV that plays the news and there's pool tables in the back although I have only seen a few ppl actually use them. My go to sandwich place. And I guess for others too cuz the prices have been creeping up this whole year.

Yummy drinks & Yummy sandwiches! Great service! Wonderful people! On our way to go hiking @ Alamere Falls. So, we stopped for a vietnamese sandwiches. Just had our first visit to this amazing deli, and wow, what a treat! The drinks here are out of this world--seriously yummy! And the sandwiches? Absolutely delicious, packed with fresh, tasty ingredients that hit the spot. The service was fantastic, too. The staff were super friendly and made me feel like we were part of the family tribe. It's clear they love what they do and enjoy making their customers happy. Can you believe this place has been rocking it for 27 years? That's over a quarter-century of sandwich perfection and delightful drinks! If you're looking for a spot that's fun, friendly, and full of flavor, this deli is a must-visit. Highly recommend it!

I drove by this place frequently over the years but never bothered to check it out, due to its unassuming exterior. However, a neighbor recommended their banh mi's and I decided to pay a visit. Oh, boy, do I regretted that I have not frequented this establishment earlier. With the high inflation in recent years, eating out has become a costly endeavor, but at Hoai Huong, you still can get a delicious and filling meal for $5. Most of their Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches cost only this much, as were the milk teas, smoothies and Vietnamese coffees. For my first time I ordered the combo and the new Egg sandwich with pate and pork coke. The portions were generous, and I especially liked their baguette because they were soft and fluffy, not the hard and crunchy kind often found at other banh mi places. This is mainly a take out place, although they have a few small tables inside if you want to eat in, but don't expect much ambiance. The majority of the space in the coffee shop is taken up by a couple of billards tables. Apparently the coffee ship is also a billards club. The lady who was making the sandwiches was very nice, and although it was very busy with lots of take out orders, she assembled and packaged the sandwiches with care, and labeled each sandwich so you know which is what. They offered a combo deal which provided a free bag of chips if you order the sandwich with a drink. Hoai Hoang is now my go-to place for banh mi sandwiches.
